Inside the first album... Kaos is brought together by CJ and Sus.
Everybody knew each other already, except Sus and Eli had never had met. So our first get together was actually in CJ 's living room.
I was contacted by Sus for several weeks, and called by Nick, to see if I was interested to be the frontlady, in a new Punk/rock band?!
When I heard who was in it, I asked if they where sure, if they were looking for me?

I liked to listen to punk a lot, when I was younger, but I am not a punk singer .... never was... So in CJ 's living room we sat down with a few drinks, and Sus only had his drumsticks with him, there was no drum at all! What kind of jam was that supposed to be...?! Eli and Sus finally met, and if you know them, you should now, that just a couple of drumsticks and a guitar, are enough to get those two started and running...
So the first song was already under construction, the lyrics were coming and bass was soon to follow that night...The Devil's dance, was our first song written. And the band name was already chosen by CJ, Sus and CJ's girl, Ingrid. The rest of us, just knotted along...we sure had a good night!
Since Kaos was born, and the neighbours from CJ complained about the freaking loud music, that was coming out of his house... we soon had to find a rehearsal place. So we ended up in some big city of Belgium, which I cannot say out loud... it was from a friend of Eli, Eli also play's with Lords from Dogtown, and they didn't mind sharing the place with us, for a while...so hail to The Lords from Dogtown!
Once we felt settled in, the good musical vibes began to grow, and our second song was falling together, The end is near. For Kaos it was just the beginning of Kaos, making music, making fun in the meanwhile, and hoping to perform several times a year...we all were also involved in other projects...

Our first jam together was in May'17, and in a matter of time we had Tree High, and All Rulers fail in progress. Sus told us we had to play our first gig in September, that same year! We had to perform for about 40 minutes tops, and it was on a festival, RuusRock, which had a very great list of highly well bands playing, from over Europe and even America. I think we all laughed about it, thought it was a joke of course... we were told The kids, Funeral Dress, Dog eat Dog and Guano Apes were playing on the same day as we were.
How crazy is that!
Summer came along, and so we all went on vacation, or had a break from work, except Sus! It was Juli-August, and we didn't have enough songs ready to play at RuusRock! We had just found a new rehearsal place, a little more in between, for every one of us. And we had to install the place.

Good news came, we had the permission to play one cover, in our playlist, so only Sus had to learn to play, Killing in the name of... he never had played it himself before. Also in August, Freak Ella was born. It's a rather quieted song, performed by Eli and Sam. Fake Paradise is constructed by Eli and CJ in that same, short period.
Put all that together and we were ready to play our own songs, for the first time, at RuusRock '17.

Our seventh song, Parasite gone bad, was the result of that! That song we took with us, to our second gig, in October that same year, Rogerfest! Especially since Rogerfest, people are really starting to become interested in the concept Kaos, and appreciate our music, and more fans are born...
Guess we are doing something right....
